Review

★★★★ 4 Stars ★★★★

Time and Space is a second chance romance with a dark twist, a love triangle that made me feel angry one minute, and sympathetic the next.

Former Navy SEAL Cody Ridge, comes back from the dead when after three years in captivity he is rescued by his fellow brothers.

Interior designer Lainey Rosemont waited three years to move on from her immense grief at losing the love of her life and is now engaged to be married to Dax Redding, the SEAL who rescued him.

This is the story of what happens when fate is a bitch, and revenge is the only thing preventing a happy ever after.

I won’t lie, this book made me feel a little uncomfortable in places, it’s quite angsty and will push your moral boundaries, but I was so gripped by the writing and the intense storyline that I was hooked.

“Sometimes you have to be recklessly heartless in order to realize you own a heart.”

Lainey is torn between the man who she never fell out of love with, and the man who picked her up in her time of need. She loves them both but her strong connection with Cody is just too strong to ignore.

If you don’t mind a non conventional romance, and want to read a book with lots of emotion and angst then this may be a winner for you. The steam level was high and Cody was extremely alpha and endearing. Lainey may give you conflicting feelings but at the end of the day she was faced with some tough choices and I loved how her character developed throughout the book.

A fantastic addition to this series.

Time and Space is a romantic suspense and can be read as a complete standalone, or part of the series. Told in dual POV/
